LuminAZ provides full-service holiday lighting installations across the greater Phoenix area — including Scottsdale, Gilbert, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, the Biltmore, North Scottsdale, and surrounding neighborhoods.

The lights are leased seasonally. They’re custom-cut for your home but remain part of our professional inventory to ensure safety, consistency, and a flawless appearance year after year.

Leasing keeps your setup worry-free and allows us to test and maintain the lights. You always get the latest commercial-grade LEDs without storage or maintenance hassles. We handle design, install, service, takedown, and storage — you simply enjoy the glow.

Everything: design consultation, commercial-grade lights, clips, timers, professional installation, in-season maintenance, January takedown, and secure off-season storage.

Typical roofline packages start at a $950 minimum and average between $1,200 – $1,800. Larger or more detailed designs — including trees and landscape lighting — generally range from $2,500 to $5,000 or more depending on scope.

Lighting is priced between $6 and $8 per linear foot depending on bulb spacing and application (roofline vs. pathways vs. window trim, etc.).

For high density wraps and the most concentrated bulbs, we offer the LuminAZ Signature Glow at $2/linear foot additional. This will give you the brightest and most luminous display in the neighborhood!

Yes. You can submit our online quote form or for a same-day estimate (usually between 1 and 4 hours). Please include any specifics that you want to see such as bulb color and where you want your lights and we will incorporate that into a mockup of your home that will accompany your quote.

In-person and virtual design consultations are available as well.

Installations begin in early October and continue through mid-December. Book early to secure your preferred date.

We typically return in January on a day of your choosing to remove, label, and store all custom-cut lights safely for quality testing, and potential upgrade for next season. However, if you wish to leave the lights up for longer, we can accommodate that as well.

Yes. LuminAZ is insured for both residential and commercial properties. Certificates of Insurance are available on request.

We install permanent exterior LED trim lighting, hidden channel smart lighting systems, and other integrated smart lighting solutions. We work with a number of brands as this up-and-coming product is gaining in popularity and therefore product lines are constantly improving with new technology and integration with smart homes.

We accept major credit cards, checks, debit, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and Apple Pay. There is a 50% deposit upon scheduling your install and final payment is due after installation is complete.
